Why ozonate air conditioning?
Air conditioning system and especially the evaporator, is a perfect place for bacteria and fungi which could negatively affect health. It is favoured by moisture collecting on the evaporator as a result of condensation and the lack of light. It is associated with bad smell coming from the ventilation system, appearing most often with the air conditioning turned on or off. This odour is due to various types of microorganisms residing on the evaporator, in air ventilation system and on the cabin filter.
The best way to neutralise unpleasant odours is to remove the cause – the destruction of dangerous fungi, viruses and bacteria. Ozone is one of the most popular and most effective methods for removing viruses, bacteria and fungi and thus odour of air conditioning and ventilation systems in the car.
The use of ozonator for mould removal from air conditioning and car interiors is especially recommended for those prone to allergies and upper respiratory irritation as the treatment process uses no chemicals.
